The Buffalo Theory
The educational, community-centric, modern female friendly taproom.
The Buffalo Theory was created to keep the memory of Ed, the founders’ husband and father, alive by creating a modern and educational community where women are welcome and celebrated. Designed to stand apart, The Buffalo Theory brings a contemporary, bright and clean space for beer lovers to come and learn about beer. Come visit the library for one of the educational events or to just grab a quick bite to eat at the bar.

The Buffalo Theory logo was designed to appeal to a female audience while not being perceived as too feminine. The logo is a simple, warm and modern design including hops, light beams, and buffalo horns. This mark reflects the essence of the USP while catering to the target audience who is looking for a stylish and sophisticated place to drink.
The Buffalo Theory is a safe space to learn and sample different beers. Too many breweries pour beers without teaching about the intricacy of each brew or educated on what different types of beer taste like and why.
